Meet Our Champions

Grace's journey began prematurely, when she was born weighing just over two pounds. The neonatal intensive care unit at UVA Health Children's became her first home, where she overcame a brain bleed and a non-functioning kidney. At ten years old, a new challenge arose: Type 2 Narcolepsy. Despite medication and sleep struggles, Grace thrived academically and in her passion for barrel racing. She even gives back by volunteering at the hospital, proving that no matter the obstacles, dreams can be achieved.
