Meet Emma
Emma and her twin sister, Brooklyn, entered the world prematurely at 26 weeks. Sadly, Brooklyn passed away, leaving Emma to face the challenges of prematurity on her own. She battled a brain bleed, blood pressure concerns, and a hole in her heart. Later, she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Thanks to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, the Bill and Olivia Amos Children's Hospital expanded and renovated its neonatal intensive care unit, providing Emma with the critical care she needed to survive and thrive. Today, with her sassy and spunky spirit, Emma continues to make strides in her development, attending therapies and embracing life's joys.
