Gia's journey began with a prenatal diagnosis of spina bifida. Born with dislocated hips, clubbed feet, and other complications, she faced a series of surgeries and therapies in the months that followed. But Gia's determination was unwavering. With support from CHRISTUS Ochsner Southwest Louisiana and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, she embraced every challenge, learning to crawl, walk, and even attend daycare. Today, Gia continues to defy expectations, navigating life with a wheelchair and walker, and inspiring others with her resilience.
