Niko's early years were filled with challenges due to asthma, dysphasia, and epilepsy. Frequent hospital visits and the constant worry of attacks and seizures made everyday life difficult. But at Salinas Valley Health Medical Center, Niko found not only medical care, but also comfort, support and guidance. By participating in a week-long Asthma Day Camp, funded by Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, he gained knowledge, confidence, and a community of peers facing similar challenges. Today, Niko is managing his conditions with resilience, proving that even with obstacles, a full life is possible.
