Emilia's journey began premay, spending 143 days in the neonatal intensive care unit battling breathing difficulties, weight gain challenges, and a diagnosis of Craniosynostosis. Even after leaving the NICU, her fight continued with oxygen support and surgeries. A diagnosis of Juvenile Arthritis added another hurdle. But through it all, Emilia's resilience shone. The Angel Eye cameras, funded by Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, allowed her family to stay connected, providing comfort and strength during long hospital stays. Today, Emilia continues to defy expectations, proving that even the smallest fighters can overcome immense challenges.
