Meet Our Champions

The first time the bubbly, friendly Cleo took center stage was at six months old. That turned into participating in three or four pageants a year. At 5, Cleo had to put her pageant career on hold, after she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and her world was turned upside down. Cleo's temporary stage was Niswonger Children's where she and her mom bravely learned about insulin treatments and management, connected with other families facing the same condition. After a few months, Cleo was thriving, managing her condition with confidence, and back on the pageant stage.
