Children’s Miracle Network unveils a modernized organizational model to better support its network of 170 children’s hospitals and the millions of children and families they serve
For more than 40 years, Children’s Miracle Network has helped communities come together to support local children’s hospitals and the children and families who rely on them. As children’s hospitals navigate increasing needs across areas such as pediatric mental health, research, technology and family support, Children’s Miracle Network is strengthening its organizational model to better support its network, partners and communities.
The updated structure is designed to improve alignment across marketing, partnerships, finance, growth, operations, legal, human resources and culture. These changes will help Children’s Miracle Network better support local children’s hospitals, strengthen partner engagement and increase the impact of generosity from donors and communities across the U.S. and Canada.
“Children’s hospitals are facing a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, and our role is to ensure they have strong, strategic support from a national network that is deeply connected to local communities,” said Aimee Daily, PhD, President and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network. “This structure positions us to better serve our member hospitals, strengthen our partnerships and expand our capacity to make big change for all kids.”
Behind every register donation, community fundraiser, corporate campaign, student-led effort and individual gift is a simple promise: that when a child needs care, their local children’s hospital is ready. To keep that promise in an ever-changing healthcare landscape, Children’s Miracle Network is evolving.

Telling the Story of Hope: Children’s Miracle Network is investing in new ways to share the powerful stories happening across its network of hospitals, helping more people see the impact of every dollar donated. Under the leadership of Marcia Miller, Chief Marketing Officer, the organization is modernizing its marketing model to bring stories of hope, resilience and impact to a wider audience.
Unifying the Community: Children’s Miracle Network is bringing together hundreds of college and university communities, radio and television stations, golf courses and credit unions, along with hundreds of corporate partners, community fundraisers and millions of individual donors around one shared mission: helping local children’s hospitals make big change for all kids. Kristen Schavemaker, Chief Partnerships Officer, leads the integration of partnership and foundation teams, ensuring national strategy and local healthcare needs are aligned to drive community-level impact.
Innovating for the Future: By prioritizing technology, data, financial stewardship and sustainable growth, Children’s Miracle Network is strengthening its ability to support local children’s healthcare now and into the future. Frances Fu, Chief Financial & Growth Officer, will lead financial strategy, data analytics, information technology services and growth initiatives designed to strengthen operational scalability and long-term sustainability.
Cultivating a High-Performance Organization: A strong mission requires a strong foundation. Andrew Sjoblom, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, will continue leading legal, compliance, human resources and culture, ensuring the organization is positioned to operate with integrity, accountability and excellence.
A Team of Strategic Stewards: To lead this evolution, Children’s Miracle Network has aligned a team of leaders focused on these critical areas of impact. Led by President and CEO Aimee Daily, PhD, this team is dedicated to strengthening support for local children’s healthcare and maximizing the impact of the generosity of donors, partners and communities.
Through this updated model, Children’s Miracle Network will continue empowering local children’s hospitals to direct funds where they are needed most, including life-saving equipment, research, patient programs, family support services and other critical needs.
“This is not just a change in how we are organized,” Daily said. “It is a commitment to how we show up for our hospitals, partners, donors and communities. Together, we are strengthening the future of children’s healthcare for all kids.”
