Meet Our Champions

George's journey began with a prenatal diagnosis of a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), leading to a challenging start in the neonatal intensive care unit. He faced multiple surgeries and complications, but his fighting spirit never wavered. At CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System, with support from Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, George attends CHRISTUS Kids Clinic and receives specialized therapies and equipment, helping him achieve milestones like walking and communicating. Today, he's a joyful 4-year-old, inspiring others with his infectious smile and determination.
