Meet Georgia
Baby Georgia's life was threatened by a mysterious illness, causing pain and preventing her from eating normally. After weeks of uncertainty at other hospitals, doctors at Boston Children's Hospital diagnosed her with a rare intestinal disorder. Multiple surgeries and expert care saved her life. Amidst the challenges and many long hospital stays, Georgia found comfort and joy in the hospital's Child Life program, celebrating birthdays and holidays with the dedicated staff. Today, Georgia is a vibrant and active girl, defying expectations and embracing her unique journey.
