Meet Miles
At just a few weeks old, Miles was diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease, requiring his first surgery shortly after birth. Follow-up appointments and tests revealed further complications, leading to multiple surgeries and extended hospital stays. During these challenging times, the Child Life team at Tucson Medical Center became Miles's haven, providing comfort, entertainment, and a sense of normalcy. Thanks to donations to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Miles's hospital experience was filled with laughter and connection, easing the burden of his medical journey.
