Meet Our Champions

Silas' early years were filled with frequent trips to Gundersen Health System to receive care for conditions related to being born at a low birth weight and diagnosed with Down syndrome. More than 30 miles away, the cost of travel added stress to an already challenging time for Silas' family. Thanks to donations to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, the Gundersen Health System could provide gas cards and meal vouchers to Silas' family. Additionally, donations provided an iPad that helped Silas with his communication skills, fostering his development and connection with the world.
