Our Leadership

Aimee J. Daily began her role in November 2023, bringing over 23 years of executive and healthcare leadership. She holds a Ph.D. from Benedictine University, as well as credentials in human resources, coaching and organizational development. Daily also shares a personal connection with children’s hospitals as her two children, now adults, were born prematurely and treated in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Frances Fu oversees many critical functions, including Finance, Donor Systems & Engagement, Accounting & Data Analytics, and Corporate Partnerships. She holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in finance and accounting from The NYU Stern School of Business. Outside of work, she volunteers locally and enjoys outdoor activities with her family.

Andrew Sjoblom provides both legal expertise and operational leadership to ensure our organization runs efficiently and ethically. He oversees key internal functions including Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Culture & DEI, and Enterprise Risk Management. Sjoblom holds degrees from the University of Utah and Harvard Law School. In his free time, he enjoys live music, soccer and exploring nature.

Kristen Schavemaker leads the strategic direction for key areas that connect our mission to hospitals, foundation partners and fundraising channels. Her oversight includes Programs (Media, Campus Programs, Extra Life and Play Yellow), Foundation Partnerships, and Program & Business Development. Schavemaker holds a degree in hospitality administration and management from Cornell University and lives in Florida with her family and two dachshunds.
