Radiothon

Established in 1983 • Local Media Broadcasts & Community Fundraisers • Hundreds of millions raised

Radiothon harnesses the power and reach of local media to inspire generosity and bring communities together for kids’ health.

Beginning with the first telethon broadcast in 1983, stations across the United States and Canada have partnered with Children’s Miracle Network® and raised more than $900 million for local children’s hospitals. In 2025, more than 300 radio and television partners supported Radiothon and media events in the United States alone. Listeners call in, donate and rally their communities, knowing the dollars raised directly support their local children’s hospital. By connecting communities through storytelling and trusted voices, stations and business sponsors inspire audiences to take action and create a brighter future for all kids.
