Costco Wholesale, headquartered in Issaquah, WA (US) and Ottawa, ON (Canada), has raised more than $500 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since 1987. Currently, over 600 Costco locations in participate in a fundraising campaign for their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Every May, Costco participates in a month-long Campaign at all warehouses in the United States and Canada. The simple ask at register is the primary source of the fundraising efforts. Members are invited to make a donation at the time of checkout. Members can also make donations through their self-check-out registers, the food court monitors and on Costco.com during the month of May. In addition, Regional golf tournaments, a corporate contribution, and other creative fundraising activities are what make up Costco's overall totals for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
