The Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre is the only tertiary pediatric facility in Newfoundland and Labrador, serving children from birth to the age of 18. Since 1984, the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation has acted as the fundraising arm of the Janeway Hospital to provide additional medical equipment, research funding and education grants that allow the facility and staff to excel in the care that can be offered to the children of the province. Janeway for many children has come to mean second home, a second family – a relationship of which Janeway is extremely proud.
