St. Louis Children’s Hospital is a 235-bed facility and one of the top three pediatric transplants centers in America. In addition to its main campus, the hospital operates the Chesterfield Health Center. This facility offers evaluation and physical therapy to patients with developmental delays, sensory or neurological disorders, and speech/language or orthopedic needs. Children’s also works with churches and after-school programs in at-risk neighborhoods to provide computer classes, nutrition and safety education.
