Wells’s story

Born three months early and weighing just 1lb. 12 oz., Wells faced a fight for his life. He spent 68 days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, where he was treated for a collapsed lung, a heart murmur, and received a blood transfusion. His medical team worked tirelessly around the clock, monitoring his progress and helping him meet daily goals for survival. Thanks to donations, CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital provided specialized, life-saving NICU equipment and expert care, allowing Wells to grow stronger each day. Today, Wells is a thriving 4th grader who loves soccer, basketball, golf, and water sports. His story is a testament to resilience and the power of expert care
