Meet Jett
When Jett was born, his parents were hoping to hear the sound of a healthy cry Instead, there was silence, and soon subtle tremors turned into full seizures. He was transferred to Dell Children’s Medical Center, home to one of the only neuro-neonatal intensive care unit programs in the country. An MRI revealed multiple strokes, likely caused by inflammation in the placenta. The neuro-NICU team moved quickly, stabilizing Jett, managing his seizures, and giving him the best chance for recovery. Thanks to donations, Dell Children’s Medical Center provided advanced neurocritical care, life-saving equipment, and family support, allowing Jett to grow, thrive, and meet milestones once thought impossible. Today, Jett is a walking, talking, curious toddler - a powerful reminder of the power of early, specialized care
